How do I book an extra session?
You should contact Louise to confirm availability or ask your child’s room leader.
How do I pay extra sessions?
Extra sessions will be invoiced the following month.
What do we do if we are on Holiday and do we still need to pay?
Please let a member of staff know if your child will be absent for holiday, your child’s special person will be planning activities for your child and it helps them to be aware so they plan effectively for your child’s next learning steps. Full fees will still be required if your child does not attend due to holiday.
When will my child be eligible for the nursery education funding?
All children are eligible the first term after they turn three. In some circumstances funding may also be available from two years old. Please contact the Nursery manager for more information.
Can my child attend nursery if they are on medication?
Yes if it is prescribed by a doctor and it has been administrated for 24 hours, this is in case of any allergic reactions.
What happens when my child is ready to move rooms?
Your child’s special person will advise you when the time arises and when visits and settling in sessions are due to commence to ease your child’s transition. In addition we welcome you to view any room at any time, just arrange time with room leader.
What food is provided for the children?
Breakfast, Lunch and tea are provided also a morning and afternoon snack. We are part of the nursery milk scheme and your child will be offered 1/3 pint of milk each day they attend nursery.
Do you have parents evenings?
You can arrange a meeting anytime you wish for your convinience to discuss your child’s progress with their special person.
How do I inform you if I have changed my contact details?
Please contact the nursery manager by e-mail or in person.
How can I read your latest Ofsted report?
Our last Ofsted report is in our operational plans folder or on line on the Ofsted website.
Do you accept Childcare vouchers?
We accept all childcare vouchers please note all vouchers must have your child’s unique reference number on them.
How much notice do you require if I wish to cancel my child’s place or session?
We require one month notice in writing (letter or email) to cancel a place or reduce sessions
How long will my child need to be absent from nursery if they are ill and do we have to pay?
Please see our exclusive policy. Full fees will be still required if your child does not attend due to ill health.
Can my child attend your Holiday Club?
Passed pupils and children on a term time booking are welcome to return to our holiday club until they turn 8 years old. Please contact the office for availaility.
