WHAT MAKES US SO SPECIAL?

All parents want the very best for their children. We take that extra step to try to provide the best possible quality service in the region. We are not the cheapest nursery, but we aim to be the best. We have an excellent reputation and our staff always have plenty of time for the children as we have a high staff ratio. Our first priority is to ensure that your child is happy, secure and well cared for, so we have chosen our staff with great care, employing people who have a genuine love of children and exceptional skills in the art of childcare. Our staff are high-calibre, friendly, well qualified and very experienced. They are long-serving and eager to stay abreast of current educational developments by attending courses and continuing to train. Three of them have worked for us for over ten years and several others over five years. (See 'Meet Our Team')

They help our children settle quickly and happily into the relaxed, friendly atmosphere of the nursery, and we take great care to make this important first step towards independence a happy experience. We want our nursery to be a home from home. Established over 20 years ago, our purpose-designed premises are well-equipped and spacious, providing an ideal nursery environment with a lovely garden.

At our last inspection, the Ofsted inspector was full of praise and gave us an excellent report. We were the first nursery in Norfolk to complete the Norfolk Quality Assurance Scheme – Investors in Children 2004. We were awarded Investors in People status in 2003 and successfully reassessed in 2006 and recommended to apply for IiP Champions status. We have also won numerous awards.

DELICIOUS HOME-COOKED FOOD

Our own cook produces delicious, wholesome, home-cooked hot lunches and also snacks. These are very popular with the children and the parents know they can rest assured that their children are well fed. Fresh produce is purchased on a daily basis.

All the staff love working with children and co-operate well as a team to provide you with the best quality service. They show deep respect for the children and provide them with a safe, calm and peaceful environment. The staff are responsible, honest and completely trustworthy and the positive attitude is clearly evident.
